Security and Confidentiality
We have implemented several systems to ensure that your data and information are secure with us. Our employees understand and abide by strict guidelines for maintaining confidentiality including restricted use of the internet during work hours and limited use of mass storage devices. There is also a CCTV system to help foster a secure environment during operational hours.
As required by some companies, we will be able to dispose of hard copies of documents and source material for data management services through a secure system, which can include shredding. Storage of documents is done either in-house or using secure warehousing.
Our systems and procedures are transparent and we assure that they will remain so. In most countries digitized documents are admissible in courts of law, and sometimes require that the outsourcing destination provide proof of due diligence in carrying out its services.
We are confident that our processes are up to par with any standard regulations, though we will be able to cater to specific requirements clients may have on a case-by-case basis. These additional requirements (if any) need to be communicated to us before the commencement of the project so that we will be able to implement the new system(s) and keep a record of its implementation.
